Legacy
In 1996, Jeff Martin founded Martin Building Group with a clear mission: to pursue craftsmanship and fine homebuilding across Northwest Arkansas. Over the past 30 years, the company has built a reputation for thoughtful design, quality construction, and a commitment to creating lasting homes, communities, and relationships.
Building on that legacy, Martin Development Group was formed as the dedicated development arm of the business. Launched in partnership between Jeff and his son, McKane, the company brings a complete, end-to-end approach to development: ranging from land acquisition and planning to design and vertical construction to seamless and well-executed projects.
Together, Martin Building Group and Martin Development Group reflect two generations of experience and vision with a single purpose: to create synergy in planning, design and building new places that serve our community well.
Approach
At Martin Development Group, we stand apart by approaching development from a stewardship perspective. With new developments or enclave re-developments, identifying the highest and best design/mix for each project is crucial for positive community impact, neighborhood character, and sustainability.

Martin Building Group serves as a GC and Builder, leading execution of schedule, cost, and quality translating design intent into quality craftsmanship.
