Hughes Street is a sister property to our flagship multi-family project, Dwell Houses. Designed as two four-plex buildings with four distinct unit layouts, the project brings a single-family feel to a multi-unit community by emphasizing individual entries and thoughtfully scaled design.
Hughes Street
Set within a neighborhood already defined by a variety of multi-family housing, Hughes Street was created to elevate the existing neighborhood character not replace it. The compact site is maximized through an urban street plan that prioritizes parking efficiency while adding tree canopy. Front entry connections are uniquely integrated across the project from walk-up decks, oversized patios and landscaped paths to provide a natural, less abrasive, quaint addition to the neighborhood.
With successful rezoning from RMF-40 to Residential Intermediate - Urban, Hughes Street reached eight units and 31 bedrooms, maximizing lot-coverage to create a tight-knit, yet quaint enclave development.
