Twin Coves is a nautically inspired community taking shape on the shores of a Beaver Lake peninsula. Given the natural landscape of the half-mile shoreline, tree canopies, and rock formations this development will boast 270° views of the clear blue waters while also having residences nestled away into their own private oasis. The project is planned to include 20 lakeside cottage, a boathouse mix use space, sport courts, 2 larger estate homes, and an private 8-slip community dock.
